Personality/Motivations: Outwardly Tsukiyama is an eccentric college student and a bit of a fashion disaster (no really look at this shitshow); his sense of empathy is not too great and he's always a little surprised when the world does not revolve around him, but he's generally likeable enough - always smiling, bright personality, tries to make everyone's life a lot more colorful and maybe a bit more surreal.
In his private life...he's a serial killer who eats people because of fucking course he is.
Basically, he's a ghoul - a non-human species that's evolved to prey on human beings - and this comes with a superiority complex over humanity that's approximately the size of a small planet, a really warped worldview, and stupid superpowers that will be nerfed like hell in this setting! At least he's...halfway decent at blending in with...okay no he's really obvious but you know what that doesn't mean he won't try.
Occupation/Hobbies: Technically his occupation is being a fourth-year college student - he's studying social welfare, because this is exactly the sort of guy you want being a social worker one day. His hobbies include martial arts, playing musical instruments, reading, and pretending he's a polyglot. Also hunting and killing people. You know. As you do.

Personality/Motivations: Banjou looks like a big, tough guy who could kill you by punching, but he's actually one of the least threatening people you will ever meet considering a slight tap can knock him off balance and knock him out.
He's actually a pacifist who will try to avoid the violent option at all costs which makes him absolutely awful for a murdergame. He's extremely protective of the people who earn his loyalty and he's not above taking a blow for someone else if it comes to that.
Essentially, he's terrible at being a ghoul and it's a wonder he hasn't been killed.
Occupation/Hobbies: Protecting people who don't need protecting, making terrible decisions, making his followers dress in matching outfits. Shockingly hunting and killing people is not a hobby because of the aforementioned pacifism.

Personality/Motivations: Outwardly a charming, polite and even-tempered gentleman with culture and class and an interest in psychology and philosophy; actually a soldier and a sociopath with a fondness for loud explosions who gladly and willingly participated in genocide. He was messed up to begin with and then was thrown in prison for seven years, which he spent in solitary confinement; those seven years basically ensured that he has difficulty functioning through his own volition - he's basically a human weapon reliant on orders. He's been bored with life and disenchanted with the human race for years, so his current "employers"/people wielding that weapon are a bunch of literal inhuman monsters; he's currently helping them start a massive war to decide who gets to inherit the world. Because while "Kimblee loves nothing" is a basic fact of life, he does really really like war.
Occupation/Hobbies: His current occupation is soldier for hire/bounty hunter; his hobbies include philosophy, psychology, studying people, alchemy, creating loud explosions, and war.
Personal Item: His Philosopher's Stones. They're a pair of small red gems that amp his alchemy up in canon, but with that nerfed they're just a pair of pretty rocks that happen to be made of human souls.

He discovered the secret of Amestris and took it on himself to solve things by... riding a glacier through the town to kill the Fuhrer. He's kind of crazy in battle, but he's a surprisingly calm guy otherwise. He's also horribly awkward in any and all social situations, but boy does he try.
Occupation/Hobbies: He's a rebel who focuses solely on his mission, but otherwise he's interested in alchemy (particularly water manipulation) so he's a scientist and kind of a nerd. Otherwise he doesn't have many interests.
Personal Item: A Philosopher's Stone. It's very tiny and almost completely used up at this point, though it's not going to be useful anyway without access to alchemy.

Connor is stoic, angry, and has an enormous chip on his shoulder when it comes to war and politics, but if you manage to befriend him, he's a kind, warm-hearted person who fights for his beliefs and stands up for the oppressed.

Personality/Motivations: Siebold is a renowned chef and a member of the Kalos Elite Four, and he's a bit of a philosopher in some ways - he talks about the concept of art to the player character before their battle, and sees things such as cooking and battling as fleeting forms of art because of how short-lived they are. Implying that cooking or battling aren't artistic is a quick way to piss him off and make him start ranting at you, though for the most part he keeps a calm, stoic demeanor.
Occupation/Hobbies: Chef/Elite 4 member/trainer, his hobbies include cooking, glorified cockfighting and annoying the shit out of the E4's janitorial staff whenever they have to clean up all the water in his room.

Personality/Motivations: Ema is a curious, loyal, and soft-hearted soul coated in a thick crunchy, prickly, crotchety shell. With a short temper and a long grudge, she values the cold, hard factuality of science, while things that are the opposite (such as affected spraytanned German fanboys) tend to get on her last nerve. She is blunt and rude to those she dislikes and teases friends pretty hard. Despite having studied forensics in Europe, she is a homicide detective because tests suck.

Personality/Motivations: The eternal put-upon sidekick, Mitsuko will grumble, complain, tease, and make sarcastic comments, but in the end she's always there for her friends, to whom she is deeply loyal (even when they're dicks). Whether you need a shoulder to cry on, information from someone who's got an ear to the ground, or a witch's assistance in dealing with a supernatural threat, Mitsuko's got your back. Making her actually angry isn't easy--it basically requires threatening grievous bodily harm to herself or those she cares about--but it's also not pretty when it happens.
Occupation/Hobbies: As an illegal European refugee in post-apocalyptic Japan (long story), she's been supporting herself with shady odd jobs including prostitution, bartending, and assisting in back-alley occult surgeries (also a long story), but now that she's starting a new life in the village, she's gonna go straight and only assist in above-board non-occult surgeries! In her spare time she enjoys cooking, shopping, chain-smoking, and being perpetually exasperated.
